Reopen the public hearing\ncontinued from the Planning Agency meeting of May 26, 2026; 2. Find and\ndetermine that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing\nFacilities); and 3. Adopt a Resolution entitled: “A Resolution of the Planning\nAgency of the City of Laguna Hills, California, Approving Conditional Use Permit\n(CUP) No. USE-0250-2025, a request by Shawn Zuo on behalf of Alliance Vet, for\nApproval of a Veterinary Hospital in an existing 2,308 square-foot tenant space\nlocated at 25226 Cabot Road, Including an Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 of Title 14,\nChapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations (Class 1, Existing Facilities).”\n5.3.2 Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. USE-0255-2026, a request by Daniel Ho, on\nbehalf of Ronald Reagan Secondary School, for Approval of a Private High\nSchool Located at 23293 South Pointe Drive\nRecommendation: That the Planning Agency: 1. Conduct a public hearing; 2.\nFind and determine that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1,\nExisting Facilities); and 3.
