12. Approve a Professional Services Agreement, in substantial form, with three consultant\ncompanies, each in an amount not to exceed $750,000 per Work Order Package with a total\ncontract amount not to exceed $2,000,000 per contract year per consultant company plus a 10%\ncontingency, for a three year term with two one-year optional renewals, for as-needed Citywide\nsewer conditional assessment services to support the Department of Public Works; authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to execute each agreement and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreements; and authorize de minimis changes that do not\nsubstantially change the terms and conditions of the agreements, so long as such changes are\ndetermined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office [AKM Consulting Engineers; Houston\nand Harris PCS Inc.; Mattucci Plumbing, Inc.].
