5.A. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE STANTON\nAVENUE COMPLETE STREETS PLANNING STUDY\nPresented by Nader Alqam, Principal Engineer\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.\nin the amount of $346,835.61 for the Stanton Avenue Complete Streets Planning Study; 2) Authorize the City\nManager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize the\nCity Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and, 4) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of\n$346,835.61 from the Gas Tax Fund balance for this purpose.
