Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with WSP USA, Inc. for NPDES Program\nManagement and Inspection Consulting Services; 2. Authorize the City Attorney to\nmake minor edits as may be necessary to execute the Amendment; and 3. Authorize\nthe City Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement.
