Approve an agreement with Iteris, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $995,784, to provide traffic\nand intelligent transportation systems engineering services for the State College Boulevard/The\nCity Drive Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to execute the contract and related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the contract; determine the project is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Class 3, Section 15303 (d) (New Construction)\nof Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations; and authorize the Finance Director to execute\nthe Escrow Agreement pertaining to contract retentions.
