Approve Contract No. MA 106-499120 with United Rotary Brush Corporation to provide\nreconditioned street sweeper broom services for the Public Works Department, in the amount of\n$61,404.80 for an initial one-year term, with up to four one-year optional renewals (cumulative\namount of $307,024, plus applicable sales tax, Consumer Price Index annual increases, and a\n10% contingency); and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary\ncontractual documents and to exercise the renewal options, as appropriate, in accordance with\nInvitation for Bids No. 9879.
