4.D. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH VAN LANT & FANKHANEL, LLP\nFOR AUDIT SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an amendment to the agreement with Van Lant & Fankhanel, LLP (VLF) to\nextend audit services for the City of Buena Park for a period of three years, with an option to extend for an\nadditional two; 2) Authorize the City Manager and the City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute an amendment to\nthe Professional Services Agreement.
