APPROVE THE 2026-2027 MEASURE M2 SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND ADOPT\nRESOLUTIONS CONCERNING THE STATUS AND UPDATE OF THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN (PMP)\nAND THE LOCAL SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PLAN (LSSP) FOR THE MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM\nPresented by Hysun Lee, Associate Engineer\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP); 2)\nAdopt a resolution concerning the status and update of the Pavement Management Plan (PMP) and Local\nSignal Synchronization Plan (LSSP) for the Measure M (M2) Program; 3) Authorize the City Clerk to certify the\nResolution adoption; and, 4) Authorize staff to submit the necessary documentation to the Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA).
