10. Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance Services Agreement No. 25-2428 with\nTanko Lighting, Inc. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance Services Agreement No. 25-\n2428 with Tanko Lighting Inc., increasing the contract amount by $154,000\nfor an annual amount of $459,000 to provide maintenance services for the\nCity’s streetlight system for fiscal year (FY) 2025-26; and\n2. Appropriate $154,000 from the Lighting Assessment District (Fund 230) for\nstreetlighting maintenance services to Account No. 230.40.4990-54500\n(Contracted Services) for the immediate installation of streetlight pole\nreplacement, streetlight repairs, and continuation of streetlight maintenance\nservices.\nAgreement No. 25-2428-1
