Set Aside a Portion of County-Owned Property for Public Road and\nHighway Purposes in the Unincorporated Community of Val Verde\nRecommendation Find that acceptance into the County Road System of a\nportion of County-owned property proposed to be set aside for public road and\nhighway purposes on Taylor Street and Chiquito Canyon Road, in the\nunincorporated community of Val Verde (5), is necessary for public\nconvenience and pursuant to Section 941 of the California Streets and\nHighways Code. Adopt a resolution to accept into the County Road System a\nportion of County-owned property to be set aside for public road and highway\npurposes on Taylor Street and Chiquito Canyon Road pursuant to Section 941\nof the California Streets and Highways Code. Upon approval authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to record the certified original resolution with the\nRegistrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
