CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS\nThe Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and non-controversial upon which documentation\nprovided to the Board is adequate to give sufficient information for approval without inquiry or discussion.\nIt is designated to minimize the time required for the handling of routine matters in order to permit\nadditional time to be spent on more significant matters.
