County of Los\nAngeles, et al.\nLos Angeles County Contract Cities Liability Trust Fund Claims Board's\nrecommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Heriberto Flores. v.\nCounty of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No.\n24AVCV00490, in the amount of $675,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller\nto draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Sheriff's Department\nContract Cities Trust Fund's budget.\nThis lawsuit concerns allegations of an automobile accident involving a Sheriff's\ndeputy.
