31. 26-55250 Recommendation to receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude\nthe public hearing, and adopt resolution to adopt and certify an Addendum\n(EIRA25-001) to the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) prepared for\nthe General Plan Land Use Element and Urban Design Element (EIR03-16) (SCH\nNo. 2015051054) relating to a Zone Change (ZCHG24-006) and General Plan\nAmendment (GPA24-004) of a property located at 5705-5723 Lime Avenue (APN\n7127-006-917) in accordance with provisions of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Section 15164 of the CEQA guidelines, and making certain\nfindings and determinations that no new or different mitigation measures are\nrequired;\n26-55251 Adopt resolution approving a city-initiated General Plan Map Amendment (GPA24-\n004), and adopt the proposed findings related thereto, to amend the Land Use\nElement of the General Plan to change the land use PlaceType and height limit of\na property located at 5705-5723 Lime Avenue (APN 7127-006-917) from Founding\nand Contemporary Neighborhood (FCN)/2-stories to Neighborhood Serving\nCenters, Moderate (NSC-M)/3-stories; and\n26-55252 Adopt ordinance for a city-initiated Zoning Map Change (ZCHG24-006), and adopt\nthe proposed findings related thereto, to amend the zoning designation for a\nproperty at 5705-5723 Lime Avenue (APN 7127-006-917) from Low-Density Multi-\nfamily Residential, Small Lot (R-3-S) to Mixed Use 2, Special Use Incentives (MU-\n2-A), read the first time and laid over to the next regular meeting of the City Council\nfor final reading.
