Adopt Resolution 202639, Option 1 – With Increase\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN DIMAS,\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE\nSPECIAL CITYWIDE PARCEL TAX FOR FISCAL YEAR 20262027 TO BE\nUSED FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PURPOSES\nPH2. Introduce Ordinance 1337, Municipal Code Text Amendment 2502, Amending the San Dimas\nMunicipal Code, Title 18, as Necessary to Provide Clarity on the Existing Provisions for\nConditional Use Permits, Introduce Procedures for Minor Conditional Use Permits, Codify\nMinor Conditional Uses In Various Zones, Modify the Appeal Period, and Modify\nDefinitions. This Project is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15061(b)(3)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff and the Planning Commission recommend the City Council:\nAdopt Ordinance 1337, approving Municipal Code Text Amendment 2502, as set\nforth in Attachment 1.\nFind the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15061(b)(3).\nPH3. Introduce Ordinance 1338, Municipal Code Text Amendment 2506, Amending the San Dimas\nMunicipal Code, Title 18 Zoning, to Eliminate Chapter 18.192 Unclassified Uses and to Codify\nFormerly Approved Unclassified Use Determinations within their Respective Zones.
