AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH AGINGNEXT TO EXTEND THE TERM AND ADD COMPENSATION FOR SENIOR CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCES: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND AND GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation\n: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to amend the existing agreement with Aging Next to extend the term through June 30, 2027 with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms, increase compensation to $38,500 per year, and authorize an annual increase in an amount equal to the April-April CPI, not to exceed 3 percent each year, not to exceed $119,000 over the three year term.
