10. APPROVAL FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF PARAMOUNT AND TRANSTECH\nENGINEERS, INC. FOR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES\nRecommended Action: Approve the first amendment to the\nagreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. for building inspection\nservices extending the term of the agreement through June 30,\n2027 and increasing the total not to exceed amount of the\nagreement to $215,000 and authorize the Mayor or her designee to\nexecute the amendment.
