10.1 RESOLUTION NO. 26-19 ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-26 - It is recommended the City Council select the percentage change in the\nCalifornia Per Capita Personal Income as the inflation factor for Fiscal Year 2025-26; select\nthe growth of the Couty as the population factor for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and adopt\nResolution No. 25-10 establishing an Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2025-26 pursuant\nto Article XIIIB of the California Constitution.\n10.1 Reso.
