A. Economic Development Ad-Hoc Committee Report Out (page 11)\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Receive an update from the Economic Development Ad Hoc\nCommittee; and\n2. Direct the City Manager’s Office to bring back an agenda item to\ndiscuss City Council priorities for City-owned properties to include\nthe types of businesses, development activity preferred at the sites,\nand overall prioritization elements for development for city owned\nsites; and\n3. Direct staff to present community feedback regarding economic\ndevelopment priorities; and\n4. Direct staff to obtain a proposal to provide a formal report from an\neconomic development expert on items one and two and the\nfeasibility of development based on Council priorities and community\nfeedback, and economic development trends.
