32. 26-55253 Recommendation to receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude\nthe public hearing, review and adopt an Addendum (EIRA26-001) to the Initial\nStudy/Negative Declaration (IS/ND) (SCH No. 2021050034) prepared for the City’s\nEnhanced Density Bonus (ND 08-20) relating to an amendment to Title 21 of the\nLong Beach Municipal Code for the Enhanced Density Bonus Program Update;\nDeclare ordinance adopting Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA26-001), adopting the\nproposed findings related thereto, to amend Chapters 21.15, 21.21 and 21.68 of\nthe Long Beach Municipal Code (Zoning Regulations) to update the existing\nEnhanced Density Bonus to align with the provisions of the Inclusionary Housing\nOrdinance; add special bonuses for projects providing community benefits; and\nimplement other procedural and implementation streamlining changes, read the\nfirst time and laid over to the next regular meeting of the City Council for final\nreading; and\n26-55254 Adopt resolution supporting a Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA26-001)\nto update the existing regulations for Enhanced Density Bonus in Title 21 (Zoning\nRegulations) and authorizing City Manager, or designee, to submit LCPA26-001,\nand associated materials and findings, related to changes to Title 21 of the Long\nBeach Municipal Code to the California Coastal Commission for its review and\ncertification in compliance with the Certified Local Coastal Program.
