29. 26-55249 Recommendation to adopt Request for Proposal, No. RFP PR-25-576 and award a\ncontract to Great Scott Tree Service, Inc., of Stanton, CA, for providing tree\ntrimming services, in an annual amount of $1,100,000, authorize a 15 percent\ncontingency in the amount of $165,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed\n$1,265,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional\none-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including amendments.
