43. 26-55262 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. R-7287 and award contracts to\nElecnor Belco Electric, Inc., of Chino, CA, and Select Electric, Inc., of Anaheim,\nCA, for providing as-needed traffic striping and signal system construction\nservices, in a total aggregate amount not to exceed $30,000,000, for a period of\nthree years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
