1.2 AMENDMENT TO EDCO WASTE SERVICES LLC AGREEMENT FOR REFUSE\nCOLLECTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES AND RESIDENTIAL REFUSE RATE\nADJUSTMENT, RESOLUTION NO. 2026-28 - It is recommended City Council\n1) approve the 2026 Amendment to the 2009 Agreement with EDCO Waste Services,\nLLC; 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; and 3) hold a public hearing and adopt the proposed resolution.
