RESOLUTION NO. 2026-25 - AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-26 AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF RESERVE\nFUNDS INTO APPROPRIATE FUNDS AS OF JUNE 30, 2026 - It is\nrecommended City Council adopt proposed resolution.\nd. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-26 - DETERMINING THE TOTAL ANNUAL\nAPPROPRIATION SUBJECT TO LIMITATION OF THE CITY OF\nLAKEWOOD FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 - It is recommended City Council\nadopt proposed resolution.\ne. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-27 - ADOPTING THE BIENNIAL BUDGET AND\nAPPROPRIATING REVENUE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 AND\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26 - It is recommended City Council adopt proposed\nresolution.\n1. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-17 - CEASING PAYING AND REPORTING THE\nVALUE OF EMPLOYER PAID MEMBER CONTRIBUTION FOR CITY\nOFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES - It is recommended City Council adopt\nproposed resolution.\n2. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-21 - RENEWING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY AND COMMUNITY FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER - It is\nrecommended City Council adopt proposed resolution to approve the first\namendment to the agreement with Community Family Guidance Center to\nprovide mental health services to youth in Lakewood for a term commencing on\nJuly 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment and required\nResolution on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City clerk to attest to and\nmaintain the official record of the agreement.\n3. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-20 - RENEWING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY AND HUMAN SERVICES ASSOCIATION (HSA) - It is\nrecommended City Council adopt proposed resolution to approve the first\namendment to the agreement with Human Services Association to provide\ncongregate lunch service to residents of Lakewood for a term commencing on\nJuly 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment and required\nResolution on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City clerk to attest to and\nmaintain the official record of the agreement.\n4. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-19 - RENEWING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY AND MEALS ON WHEELS OF LONG BEACH - It is recommended\nCity Council adopt proposed resolution to approve the first amendment to the\nagreement with Meals on Wheels of Long Beach to deliver meals to homebound\nresidents of Lakewood for a term commencing on July 1, 2026 and ending on\nJune 30, 2027, in a form approved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to\nsign the amendment and required Resolution on behalf of the City; and\n3) authorize the City clerk to attest to and maintain the official record of the\nagreement.\n5. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-18 - RENEWING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY AND PATHWAYS VOLUNTEER HOSPICE, INC. AGREEMENT -\nIt is recommended City Council 1) adopt proposed resolution to approve the first\namendment to the agreement with Pathways Volunteer Hospice, Inc. to provide\nhospice and support services to residents of Lakewood for a term commencing\nJuly 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment and required Resolution on behalf\nof the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official\nrecord of the agreement.\n6. AMENDMENT TO JONES & MAYER AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF\nCITY ATTORNEY SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\ncity attorney services agreement with Jones & Mayer for period ending June 30,\n2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment.\n7. AGREEMENT WITH KILEY AND ASSOCIATES FOR FEDERAL\nGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\nauthorize City Manager or designee to enter into an agreement with Kiley and\nAssociates for Fiscal Year 2026-28 in amount of $48,000 for federal\ngovernmental relations services.\n8. AGREEMENT WITH PERMITECH SOLUTIONS CORPORATION FOR\nWIRELESS CONSULTANT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) approve the Agreement with PermiTech Solutions Corporation for wireless\nconsultant services commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, subject\nto approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to\nattest to and maintain the official record of the Agreement.\n9. AGREEMENT WITH SIERRA INSTALLATIONS, INC. FOR STREET\nBANNER MARKETING PROGRAM - It is recommended City Council\n1) extend the agreement for the Street Banner Marketing Program for the\ninstallation, removal, cleaning and storage of city-owned banners with\nSierra Installations, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $55,000, for a one-year\nperiod ending June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign\nthe renewal agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n10. AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMIC AND PLANNING SYSTEMS, INC. FOR\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\nagreement for professional services with Economic and Planning Systems, Inc.;\nand 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n11. AGREEMENT WITH FLEX PAINTING – FIX-UP PAINT-UP PROGRAM - It is\nrecommended City Council approve contract and scope of services to provide\n$50,000 budgeted for painting and minor home repairs to eligible homeowners\nthrough the Fix-Up Paint-Up Program with Flex Painting from July 1, 2026\nthrough June 30, 2027.\n12. AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING RIGHTS CENTER FOR FAIR HOUSING\nCONSULTING SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\ncontract and scope of services with Housing Rights Center for fair housing\nconsulting services through June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the contract amount\nnot to exceed $26,000 for the year.\n13. AGREEMENT WITH KOSMONT & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ECONOMIC\nDEVELOPMENT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\nKosmont Companies agreement in amount not to exceed $70,000; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\n14. AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL RANESES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE\nHEARINGS - It is recommended City Council 1) approve professional service\nagreement with Michael Raneses for administrative hearing officer services from\nJuly 1, 2026 thorough June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the\nagreement.\n15. AGREEMENT WITH SUNSTONE MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR GENERAL\nECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) approve the agreement for general economic development services with\nSunstone Management, Inc.; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement as\napproved by the City Attorney.\n16. AMENDMENT TO ABILITA LA - SHAKER AGREEMENT FOR\nTELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) renew the agreement with Abilita LA - Shaker for an additional one-year term\nending June 30, 2027, in an amount not-to-exceed $24,255 per year; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n17. AMENDMENT TO INFINITY TECHNOLOGIES AGREEMENT FOR\nINFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SERVICES - It is recommended\nCity Council amend the agreement with Infinity Technologies to include\n1) support and management of phone systems, mobile devices, security cameras,\nand alarm systems for an annual amount of $198,000; and 2) additional GIS\ntechnical support for an annual amount of $16,000.\n18. AGREEMENT WITH INFOSEND, INC. FOR UTILITY BILL PRINT AND\nMAILING SERVICES - It is recommended City Council authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to enter into another two-year agreement with InfoSend,\nInc.\n19. AGREEMENT WITH JMG SECURITY SYSTEMS INC. FOR FIRE AND\nBURGLAR SECURITY SYSTEMS MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES - It is recommended City Council extend agreement with JMG\nSecurity Systems Inc. for an additional one-year term ending June 30, 2027.\n20. AGREEMENT WITH PAYMENTUS CORPORATION FOR UTILITY\nBILLING PAYMENT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to enter into a two-year agreement extension with\nPaymentus Corporation.\n21. AGREEMENT WITH T2 SYSTEMS FOR CLOUD HOSTED PARKING\nCONTROL SOFTWARE PROGRAM - It is recommended City Council\nauthorize City Manager or designee to enter into an annual maintenance\nagreement with T2 Systems for a cost not to exceed $30,209 in FY 2026-27 in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.\n22. AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHONOLGIES, INC. FOR MUNIS\nACCOUNTING SOFTWARE LICENSES AND SUPPORT - It is recommended\nCity Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into an\nagreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for FY 2026-27 services in an amount\nnot to exceed $196,636 for accounting software licensing and support.\n23. AGREEMENT WITH THE TECHNOLOGY DEPOT FOR TELEPHONE\nCONSULTANT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council renew the\nagreement with The Technology Depot for Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2027-28 that\nincludes 1) telephone system maintenance service for the MITEL “Gold” Support\nPlan at an annual cost of $17,900; 2) maintenance, support, and use of the Cloud 2\nCloud hosted VoIP phone system at an annual cost of $15,580; and 3) telephone\nservice for CloudCONNECT E911 ERS services at an annual cost of $4,740.\n24. AMENDMENT TO LORINE ALATORRE AGREEMENT FOR HOMELESS\nOUTREACH SERVICES - It is recommended that the City Council 1) approve an\nagreement amendment with Lorine Alatorre to provide homeless outreach\nservices for an additional year, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n25. AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. FOR\nCROSSING GUARD SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve\nagreement with All City Management Services, Inc. for contract crossing guard\nservices at thirteen designated posts and as-needed relief coverage citywide for\nthe term commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028; and 2) authorize the\nMayor to sign the agreement as approved by the City Attorney.\n26. AMENDMENT TO CITY OF HAWAIIAN GARDENS AGREEMENT FOR\nHELICOPTER PATROL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) approve the amendment to the agreement with the City of Hawaiian Gardens\nfor helicopter air support services for an additional year from July 1, 2026 through\nJune 30, 2027, adjusting the hourly rate to $1,100 and the minimum retainer to\n$50,000; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\n27. AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS LIAISON, LLC FOR HOMELESS SERVICES\nLIAISON - It is recommended City Council 1) approve an agreement with\nHomeless Liaison, LLC for homeless outreach services for an additional year,\nJuly 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n28. AMENDMENT TO LAKEWOOD SP PR LLC AGREEMENT FOR LAW\nENFORCEMENT SERVICES AND SHERIFF SUBSTATION LICENSE\nAGREEMENT - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment with\nLakewood SP PR LLC for law enforcement services and Sheriff substation\nlicense agreement for an additional year, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\n29. AMENDMENT TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR\nCOMMUNITY PROSECUTOR PROGRAM - It is recommended the\nCity Council 1) approve an amendment with Los Angeles County through the\nOffice of the District Attorney for the Community Prosecutor Program; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\n30. AGREEMENT WITH SAFEGUARD PROVISIONS, LLC FOR HOMELESS\nOUTREACH SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve agreement\nwith Safeguard Provisions, LLC for homeless outreach services for the term July\n1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement\nin a form approved by the City Attorney.\n31. AMENDMENT TO SALVATION ARMY AGREEMENT FOR DEDICATED\nHOMELESS SHELTER BEDS - It is recommended City Council 1) approve\namendment with Salvation Army for fifteen dedicated crisis shelter beds at the\nBell Shelter for an additional year, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, at a\nnightly bed rate of $89.00; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.\n32. AGREEMENT WITH STEAM AIRCRAFT, INC. FOR HELICOPTER\nMAINTENANCE - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the agreement\nwith STEAM Aircraft, Inc. for helicopter maintenance for the city’s two\nRobinson R44 helicopters for a term year of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028;\nand 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\n33. AMENDMENT TO ARDURRA GROUP INC. AGREEMENT FOR\nENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\namendment to the agreement with Ardurra Group Inc. for engineering and project\nmanagement support services; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment\nin a form approved by the City Attorney.\n34. AMENDMENT TO ASSOCIATED SOILS ENGINEERING, INC.\nAGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended\nCity Council 1) approve the amendment to the engineering services agreement\nwith Associated Soils Engineering for on-call geotechnical and materials testing\nservices; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\n35. AMENDMENT TO BOA ARCHITECTURE AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL\nARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve an\namendment to the on-call architectural services agreement with BOA\nArchitecture; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n36. AMENDMENT TO BUCKNAM INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP AGREEMENT\nFOR ANNUAL GIS AND PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES\n- It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment to the agreement\nwith Bucknam Infrastructure Group for GIS, pavement management, and\ninfrastructure asset management support services; and 2) authorize the Mayor to\nsign the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n37. AMENDMENT TO CJ CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR HARDSCAPE\nMAINTENANCE - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment to\nthe hardscape maintenance agreement with CJ Construction, Inc. for a period\nending June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed budgeted amounts for\nhardscape and asphalt repairs and amounts funded by other than general funds;\nand 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n38. AMENDMENT TO CRAFTWATER ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR ON-\nCALL ENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend\nthe on-call engineering services agreement with Craftwater Engineering, Inc. for a\none-year period ending June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the\nagreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n39. AMENDMENT TO CONSERVATION CORPS OF LONG BEACH MASTER\nAGREEMENT FOR SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\nMaster agreement with Conservation Corps of Long Beach for a five-year term\nending June 30, 2031; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment. In a\nform approved by the City Attorney.\n40. AMENDMENT TO DAHLIN GROUP AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL\nARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\non-call architectural services agreement with Dahlin Group; and 2) authorize the\nMayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n41. AGREEMENT WITH FBA ENGINEERING FOR ON-CALL ELECTRICAL\nENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) renew the\nconsulting agreement with FBA Engineering for electrical engineering services\nfor FY 2026-2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n42. AMENDMENT TO G2 CONSTRUCTION, INC. AGREEMENT FOR STORM\nWATER SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the storm water\nservices agreement with G2 Construction, Inc. for period ending June 30, 2027;\nand 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n43. AMENDMENT TO JOHN L. HUNTER & ASSOCIATES AGREEMENT FOR\nSTORM WATER SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\nstorm water services agreement with John L. Hunter & Associates for period\nending June 30, 2027, in a not-to-exceed budgeted amount for storm water\nconsultant services; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n44. AMENDMENT TO LIFTECH ELEVATOR SERVICES, INC. AGREEMENT\nFOR ELEVATOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR\nSERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the elevator services\nagreement with Liftech Elevator Services, Inc., for a period of one year ending\nJune 30, 2026; and 2) authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the amendment\nin a form approved by the City Attorney.\n45. AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES GATEWAY REGION INTEGRATED\nREGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY\n(GWMA) FOR COST SHARING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF\nMONITORING EQUPIMENT AND MONITORING PURSUANT TO THE\nHARBOR TOXIC POLLUTANTS TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD (TMDL)\n- It is recommended the City Council authorize the Mayor to enter a five year\nagreement with GWMA for administration and cost sharing for the installation of\nmonitoring equipment and ongoing monitoring for the Harbor Toxic Pollutant\nTotal Maximum Daily Load.\n46. AMENDMENT TO MCM MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGREEMENT FOR\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\nMCM Management Company agreement for program management services for\nthe operation and maintenance of the City’s two storm water capture facilities;\nand 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n47. AGREEMENT WITH NEWPORT TRAFFIC STUDIES FOR ENGINEERING\nAND TRAFFIC SURVEY SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) renew\nthe consulting agreement with NTS for engineering and traffic survey services for\na period ending June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed budgeted amounts; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n48. AMENDMENT TO NICHOLLS CONSULTING AGREEMENT FOR\nENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES - It is recommended City\nCouncil 1) amend the environmental services agreement with Nicholls Consulting\nfor a period ending June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n49. AMENDMENT TO PCI AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC STRIPING\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\namendment to extend the agreement with PCI for one year, for a period ending\nJune 30, 2027; and 2) approve the CPI increase of 3.68%.\n50. AGREEMENT WITH POCOCK DESIGN SOLUTIONS INC. FOR ON-CALL\nMECHANICAL AND PLUMBING ENGINEERING SERVICES. - It is\nrecommended City Council 1) renew the consulting agreement with Pocock\nDesign Solutions for mechanical and plumbing engineering services for a one-\nyear period ending June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the\nagreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n51. AMENDMENT TO PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING AGREEMENT FOR\nTRIP HAZARD REMOVAL SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council\n1) approve an amendment to the sidewalk services agreement with\nPrecision Concrete Cutting for a four-year term ending June 30, 2030; and\n2) authorize Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n52. AMENDMENT TO REGIONAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES AUTHORITY\nAGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES -\nIt is recommended City Council 1) approve amendment to consulting agreement\nwith Regional Government Services Authority in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; and 2) authorize its execution by the Mayor on behalf of City; and\n3) authorize the City Manager to issue task-specific work authorizations under the\napproved agreement and authorize staff to issue an open purchase order to\nRegional Government Services Authority in an amount not-to-exceed $170,000.\n53. AMENDMENT TO RUIZ CONCRETE AND PAVING INC. AGREEMENT\nFOR STREET MAINTENANCE SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) approve an amendment to the agreement with Ruiz Concrete and Paving Inc. to\nextend the contract term through June 30, 2027, for street maintenance and\npothole repair services, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n54. AMENDMENT TO S.C.S. ENGINEERS AGREEMENT FOR\nENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) amend the\nenvironmental services agreement with S.C.S. Engineers for a period ending\nJune 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n55. AMENDMENT TO R.F. DICKSON DBA SWEEPING CORPORATION OF\nAMERICA (SCA) FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES - It is recommended\nCity Council 1) approve the amendment with R.F. Dickson for street sweeping\nservices; and 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\n56. AMENDMENT TO SOMERS ENTERPRISES AGREEMENT FOR\nCONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT SERVICES - It is recommended the City\nCouncil 1) approve the amendment to the consulting agreement with\nSomers Enterprises for a one-year period ending June 30, 2027, in an amount not\nto exceed $250,000; and 2) authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n57. AMENDMENT TO SOUTHLAND INDUSTRIES AGREEMENT FOR HVAC,\nREFRIGERATION, AND BUILDING CONTROLS MAINTENANCE AND\nREPAIR SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve amendment\nwith Southland Industries for a one-year period ending June 30, 2027, in an\namount not to exceed $250,000 annually; and 2) authorize the Mayor and\nCity Clerk to sign the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n58. AMENDMENT TO TETRA TECH, INC. AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING\nSERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment with\nTetra Tech, Inc. for additional support services for Mayfair Park and Bolivar Park\nWater Capture Projects in the amount of $57,000; 2) extend the term through June\n30, 2027; and 3) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n59. AMENDMENT TO WATERLINE TECHNOLOGIES AGREEMENT FOR\nDELIVERY OF 12.5% SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE - It is recommended City\nCouncil 1) approve an amendment to the purchasing agreement with Waterline\nTechnologies for delivery of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid\nthrough June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize Mayor to sign the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n60. AMENDMENT TO WEST COAST ARBORISTS, INC. AGREEMENT FOR\nTREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES - It is recommended that the City Council\n1) approve the amendment to the tree maintenance services agreement with\nWest Coast Arborists extending the agreement through June 30, 2030; and\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.\n61. AMENDMENT TO WILLDAN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING\nSERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment to the\nAgreement for Engineering Services with Willdan; and 2) authorize the Mayor to\nsign the revision in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n62. AMENDMENT TO ADVANTAGE MAILING, LLC AGREEMENT FOR\nPUBLICATION OF RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES\nCATALOG - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the amendment with\nAdvantage Mailing, LLC, to provide publication of the Recreation and\nCommunity Services Catalog for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending\nJune 30, 2028, in a form approved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to\nsign the amendment on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest\nto and maintain the official record of the agreement.\n63. AGREEMENT WITH CREATE-A-PARTY RENTALS FOR SPECIAL\nEVENTS - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the agreement with\nCreate-A-Party Rentals for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending on\nJune 30, 2028 in a form approved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the agreement on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to\nattest to and maintain the official record of the agreement.\n64. AGREEMENT WITH DEKRA-LITE INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR HOLIDAY\nLIGHTING AND EQUIPMENT - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the\nagreement with Dekra-Lite Industries, Inc. for a term commencing July 1, 2026\nand ending on June 30, 2028, subject to approval as to legal form by the\nCity Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the\nCity; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official record of\nthe Agreement.\n65. AGREEMENT WITH DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES, L.P.. FOR YOUTH\nTRANSPORTATION SERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve\nthe agreement with Durham School Services to provide youth transit for Day\nCamp and Junior Lifeguard programs for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and\nending June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the\nMayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the\nCity Clerk to attest to and maintain the office record of the agreement.\n66. AGREEMENT WITH LAKEWOOD LITTLE LEAGUE FOR RECREATION\nFACILITY USE - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the agreement with\nLakewood Little League for exclusive use of the three baseball facilities at\nRynerson Park for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, in\na form approved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to execute the\nagreement on behalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and\nmaintain the official record of the agreement.\n67. AMENDMENT TO LANDCARE AGREEMENT FOR MEDIAN LANDSCAPE\nMAINTENANCE AND MOWING SERVICES OF CITY FACILITIES - It is\nrecommended City Council 1) approve the second amendment with LandCare\nLLC to provide median landscape maintenance and mowing services of City\nfacilities for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement on\nbehalf of the City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the\nofficial record of the Agreement.\n68. AGREEMENT WITH LONG BEACH TRANSIT FOR FIXED ROUTE\nSUBSIDY AND DIAL-A-LIFT SERVICES - It is recommended City Council\n1) authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Long Beach Transit\nto provide fixed route transportation services and Dial-A-Lift services for a term\ncommencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; and 2) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official\nrecord of the agreement.\n69. AGREEMENT WITH MOTHERS AT WORK, INC. FOR CHILDCARE\nSERVICES - It is recommended City Council 1) approve the agreement with\nMothers at Work, Inc. to provide childcare services to Lakewood residents for a\nterm commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2030, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of\nthe City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official\nrecord of the agreement.\n70. AGREEMENT WITH NADA BUS, INC. FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES\n- It is recommended City Council 1) approve the agreement with Nada Bus, Inc.\nto provide charter bus services for the Adult Travel Trip program for a term\ncommencing on July 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney; 2) authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of\nthe City; and 3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official\nrecord of the agreement.\n71. AMENDMENT TO SOLID SURFACE AGREEMENT FOR CARE FOR\nFLOOR AND CARPET CLEANING SERVICES - It is recommended that the\nCity Council 1) approve the first amendment to the agreement with SOLID\nSurface Care to provide floor and carpet cleaning services for a term commencing\nJuly 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n2) authorize the Mayor to sign the amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3) authorize the City Clerk to attest to and maintain the official record of the\nAgreement.
