8.3 APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH METASOURCE TO\nPROVIDE SCANNING AND DIGITAL INDEXING SERVICES – It is recommended the City\nCouncil award the contract for scanning and indexing services to Metasource; authorize the\nCity Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with MetaSource for scanning\nand digital indexing services in an amount not to exceed $223,844.00; and authorize the\nCity Manager to approve additional work, if necessary, up to 10 percent of the total\nscanning project cost.\n8.3 Agreement with Metasource
