10. Update on Economic Development Concept Plans\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive and file the Community Placemaking Vision document for the Agoura Road\ncorridor; 2) Provide feedback regarding the overall vision, concepts, and potential opportunities identified in the\ndocument; 3) Confirm its interest in continuing to explore opportunities to activate and enhance the Agoura\nRoad corridor through ongoing discussions with property owners, businesses, investors, and other\nstakeholders; 4) Direct staff to continue evaluating short-term activation opportunities, partnership\nopportunities, and potential implementation strategies that further the City's economic development and\ncommunity placemaking goals; and,\n5) Direct staff to return to the City Council, as appropriate, with recommendations regarding future planning\nefforts, market analysis, funding opportunities, and other actions necessary to advance the long-term vision for\nthe corridor.\nCITY COUNCIL, STAFF COMMENTS
