22.\nAccept Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid and Award\nConstruction Contract to Asplundh Construction, LLC, in the Amount\nof $1,389,738.46, for the Construction of Street Lighting Modifications\non Orange Avenue, 11th Street, Walnut Avenue and 13th Street\n(CC-1715), and Authorize the Execution of Change Orders\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept\nthe\nlowest\nresponsive\nand\nresponsible\nbid\nsubmitted\nby\nAsplundh\nConstruction, LLC, in the amount of $1,389,738.46; and,\nB) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and,\nC) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute change orders not to exceed a total\nof 10 percent of the contract construction costs.\n26-488
