7.\nAPPROVE AND ADOPT THE MEASURE M2 SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\nAND LOCAL SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PLAN AS PART OF THE MEASURE M2 ELIGIBILITY\nSUBMITTAL TO ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-\n2027\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve and adopt the Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year\n2026-2027, and an update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan;\nB. Authorize staff to submit the required documents to the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA)\nto comply with the Measure M2 eligibility requirements for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and,\nC. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. CC 2026-__ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE UPDATE OF THE\nLOCAL SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PLAN FOR THE MEASURE M2 (M2) PROGRAM.
