14.\nWARRANTS: APPROVE NOS. 9406 THROUGH 9614 TOTALING $2,169,893.14\nThat the City Council approve Nos. 9406 through 9614 totaling $2,169,893.14.\nUTILITY AUTHORITY:\n1.\nAPPROVE AUTHORIZATION TO LEASE SHARES OF CALIFORNIA DOMESTIC WATER\nCOMPANY STOCK FROM LA HABRA HEIGHTS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT\nThat the Utility Authority authorize staff to issue a purchase order in the amount of $35,448.80 to lease\n36.5 shares of California Domestic Water Company Stock from the La Habra Heights County Water\nDistrict.\n2.\nAPPROVE A WATER LOSS CONTROL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE MUNICIPAL\nWATER DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY (MWDOC)\nThat the Utility Authority:\nA. Authorize the Executive Director to execute a Water Loss Control Participation Agreement with the\nMunicipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC);\nB. Authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement (Addendum A) with MWDOC for Water\nLoss Control Shared Services in the amount of $14,400;\nC. Authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement (Addendum B) with MWDOC for Water\nLoss Control Technical Assistance Tasks in the amount of $22,352.59; and,\nD.
