Item 202: Fiscal Year 2027 Maintenance Assessment District Annual Reports for Economic\nDevelopment Department.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nFiscal Year 2027 revenues for this item is projected to total approximately $5,614,929.\nThis includes: $5,262,699 in assessment revenue, of which $153,113 is from City-Owned\nproperty assessments; $33,527 from the Gas Tax Fund for median maintenance; and\n$318,703 from the General Fund for General Benefit Offset. The City will receive\n$33,765 from assessments for City administrative costs.
