11.\nAPPROVE THE PURCHASE OF OUTDOOR PLAY EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR THE LA\nHABRA CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the purchase of outdoor play equipment and furniture for the Child Development Program's\ngrant-funded California State Preschool (CSPP) program;\nB. Approve a one-time expense of $67,870.96 from the California State Preschool grant (CSPP) to fund\nthe purchase; and,\nC. Authorize staff to process a purchase order to Community Playthings located in Ulster Park, New York,\nin the amount of $67,870.96.
