10.\nAPPROVE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER ROOF\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT AT 1440 WEST WHITTIER BOULEVARD, CITY PROJECT NO. 1-B-26\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Notice of Completion for the Child Development Center Roof Replacement at 1440 West\nWhittier Boulevard, City Project No.1-B-26, and authorize staff to submit the Notice of Completion\nfor recordation;\nB. Approve a budget appropriation of $2,049.84 from the State CSPP Grant balance to provide sufficient\nfunds to complete this project; and,\nC. Authorize staff to increase the existing purchase order for this project from $115,440 to $117,489.84.
