The Final Tract Map has been submitted\nfor approval, allowing for the condominium conversion of the residential development.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution titled “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE\nFINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 83278, A REQUEST BY WHITE AVENUE TOWNHOMES LLC,\nTO SUBDIVIDE ONE PARCEL WITH AREA OF 0.56 ACRES AT 2467 FIRST STREET WITH\n17 EXISTING RENTAL UNITS INTO A 17 UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION."
