Item 200: Fiscal Year 2027 Downtown Property and Business Improvement District Annual\nReport and Budget.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source: (Rev. 6/11/26)\nThe Fiscal Year 2027 Downtown PBID budget is expected to total approximately\n$15,383,446, which includes: $247,224 in Fund Balance; $14,026,855 in non-City owned\nproperty assessments; $961,257 in City-owned property assessments; $30,810 in Gas Tax\nallocation for median maintenance; and $117,300 in City allocation for water feature\nmaintenance.
