Accept the bids and award a construction contract to Calmex Engineering, Inc. for the\nRehabilitation and Resurfacing of Euclid Street (from Slater Avenue to Talbert Avenue) and\nTalbert Avenue (from Brookhurst Street to Bushard Street), Project No. 24011 in the amount\nnot-to-exceed $2,643,731.50;\n2. Accept the proposal and authorize Staff to issue a Purchase Order to Willdan Engineering\nOn-Call contract for Construction Management, Inspection and Materials Testing Services in\nthe amount not-to-exceed $141,196.
