16.\nApprove and Authorize the Execution of Six (6) On-Call Video\nProduction & Media Services Professional Services Contracts with\nDorado Creative, Inc., Dynamic Video Communications, LLC,\nMarketworks, Pegasus Studios, Tripepi Smith and Associates, Inc.,\nand Vidiflo, LLC\nRecommended Action:\nA) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a $50,000 “Professional Services\nContract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Dorado Creative, Inc. for On-Call\nVideo Production and Media Services for Huntington Beach Channel 3 - HBTV”; and,\nB) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a $50,000 “Professional Services\nContract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Dynamic Video Communications,\nLLC for On-Call Video Production and Media Services for Huntington Beach Channel 3 -\nHBTV”; and,\nC) Approve and authorize the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Manager to execute a $150,000\n“Professional Services Contract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Marketworks\nfor On-Call Video Production and Media Services for Huntington Beach Channel 3 -\nHBTV”; and,\nD) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a $50,000 “Professional Services\nContract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Pegasus Studios for On-Call Video\nProduction and Media Services for Huntington Beach Channel 3 - HBTV”; and,\nE) Approve and authorize the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Manager to execute a $200,000\n“Professional Services Contract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Tripepi Smith\nand Associates, Inc for On-Call Video Production and Media Services for Huntington\nBeach Channel 3 - HBTV”; and,\nF) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a $50,000 “Professional Services\nContract Between the City of Huntington Beach and Vidiflo, LLC for On-Call Video\nProduction and Media Services for Huntington Beach Channel 3 - HBTV”.\n26-464
