7.\nPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT CONTRACT AWARDS FOR MUNICIPAL\nENGINEERING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Award a Professional Consultant Services\nAgreement in the amount of $3,000,000 to Ardurra Group, Inc. ("Ardurra"),\nof Newport Beach, California, to provide municipal engineering/staff\naugmentation services. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to\nattest to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Ardurra for\nMunicipal Engineering Services, substantially in the form attached. 3.\nAward a Professional Consultant Services Agreement in the amount of\n$300,000 to Onward Engineering ("Onward"), of Anaheim, California, to\nprovide municipal engineering services. 4. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and\nthe City Clerk to attest the Professional Consultant Services Agreement\nwith Onward for Municipal Engineering Services, substantially in the form\nattached. 5. Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement in the\namount of $300,000 to Transtech Engineers, Inc. ("Transtech"), of Chino,\nCalifornia, to provide municipal engineering services. 6. Authorize the\nMayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the Professional Consultant\nServices Agreement with Transtech for Municipal Engineering Services,\nsubstantially in the form attached.
