29.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF A FIVE-YEAR PURCHASE, SUPPORT, AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH MIS\nSECURITY LLC FOR THE RONIN WEAPONS DETECTION SYSTEM (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a five-year Purchase, Support, and Maintenance Agreement with MIS Security, LLC for the\npurchase, installation, training, support, and maintenance of the RONIN Weapons Detection System in an\namount not to exceed $82,455.00; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 30)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants who are afforded\na right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
