18.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NBS\nGOVERNMENT GROUP FOR CONTINUED ANNUAL DEBT ADMINISTRATION, ARBITRAGE REBATE\nCOMPLIANCE CALCULATION, CDIAC REPORTING AND CONTINUING DISCLOSURE REPORTING SERVICES,\nAND TO EXTEND THE TERM FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with NBS Government Group to\nextend the agreement term for an additional two years and to expand the scope of services to include CDIAC\nreporting and continuing disclosure reporting services, resulting in a revised total contract amount not to\nexceed $132,140.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
