K. APPROVAL OF A SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GERALD A. JAMBAZIAN FORPHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND TEMPLECITYPHOTOS.COM WEBSITEMAINTENANCEThe City Council is requested to approve a services agreement for photographyservices and its website maintenance.Recommendation:1. Approve a one-year Services Agreement with Gerald A. Jambazian (Attachment“A”) in an amount not to exceed $17,500, covering the period of July 5, 2026,through July 5, 2027, for professional photography services and maintenance ofthe TempleCityPhotos.com website; and2.
