8. APPROVAL OF 2027 TOURNAMENT OF ROSES FLOAT DESIGN AND ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION\nOF FUNDING (POLICE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review and approve the presented Rose Float Design, developed by Phoenix Decorating\nCompany (Phoenix); and\n2. Approve an additional allocation of $30,000 in Fiscal Year 2026-27 Art in Public Places Special\nFund monies for expenditures related to the Tournament of Roses Float Program; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a Councilmember\nwishes to discuss should be designated at this time.
