7. PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Determine the adoption of the City of Santa Fe Springs Parks, Recreation, and Community\nServices Master Plan (“Master Plan”), attached herein as Attachment “A”, is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”); and\n2. Adopt the Master Plan; and\n3. Authorize and direct the City Attorney to make clarifying changes necessary to effectuate the\nintent of the Master Plan; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
