23.\nCONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT (C-22-202) WITH GOFORTH &\nMARTI TO PURCHASE, DELIVER, AND INSTALL ADDITIONAL OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY &\nEMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 8 to the Purchase Agreement by and between the City of Carson and Goforth\n& Marti to purchase, deliver, and install additional office furniture for the Public Safety & Emergency\nManagement Department for a cost of $33,947.09; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 8, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
