SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BURKE,WILLIAMS & SORENSEN, LLPThe City Council is requested to approve the second amendment to the city's legalservices agreement.Recommendation:1. Approve a Second Amendment to Legal Services Agreement between theCity and Burke, Williams & Sorenson, LLP (“Burke”), modernizing the ratestructure, eliminating the tiered partner rate schedule, and establishing anautomatic annual Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) adjustment mechanismeffective July 1, 2026; and2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to theService Agreement.Attachment: Staff Report
