7. RESOLUTION NO. 26-37 BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION FOR AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT\nFUNDED PROJECTS\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. adopt Resolution NO. 26-37, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDED PROJECTS,\nin the amount of $300,00; and\nb. approve an agreement with AMS.NET, LLC dba MGT Impact Solutions to provide services for the\ninstallation of Verkada security cameras at Citywide facilities, in an amount not to exceed\n$260,958.73; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments,\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\nc. authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Interagency Memorandum of\nUnderstanding between the City and the Public Safety Department, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
