16. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 10021 CONFIRMING RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE SERVICE\nCHARGES, ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY RATE HOLIDAY RECOVERY CHARGE, AND\nAUTHORIZING COLLECTION OF SUCH CHARGES ON THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY PROPERTY TAX\nROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Determine that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15273(a)(1); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 10021 confirming the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 residential solid waste\nservice charge assessment; and\n3. Approve the temporary Rate Holiday Recovery Charge associated with deferred residential solid\nwaste charges from Fiscal Year 2025-2026; and\n4. Authorize the placement of the annual residential solid waste assessment on the Los Angeles\nCounty property tax roll for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.\n5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
