6. COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEUDLE UPDATE (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review and approve the presented Rose Float Design, developed by Phoenix Decorating\nCompany (Phoenix); and\n2. Approve an additional allocation of $30,000 in Fiscal Year 2026-27 Art in Public Places Special\nFund monies for expenditures related to the Tournament of Roses Float Program; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
