20. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH DEODATE FOR REGIONAL MUTI-JURISDICTION COALITION (BIG 4) TO PROMOTE\nLEGISLATIVE INIATIVES TO FURTHER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND KEY POLICY OBJECTIVES\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Deodate Corporation (“Consultant”), in\nthe amount not to exceed Three Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($304,500) to\nprovide Phase 1 Internal and External Strategic Communication Services for the Regional Multi-\nJurisdictional Coalition (“Big 4”); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement and any non-\nsubstantive documents necessary to implement the agreement.
