THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH DAPEER,ROSENBILT & LITVAK, LLPThe City Council is requested to approve a third amendment to the serviceagreement for code enforcement attorneys.Recommendation:1. Approve a Third Amendment to Agreement for Services between the City andDapeer, Rosenbilt & Litvak, LLP , updating the rate structure into a single hourlyrate of $295.00, introducing a rate provision for matters outside of regular codeenforcement, and establishing an automatic annual Consumer Price Index (CPI)adjustment mechanism not to exceed 3% per year, effective July 1, 2026.2.
