5. EXPANSION OF ON-CALL CITYWIDE GRANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nStaff recommend City Council approve a new agreement with CA Consulting, Inc. to provide on-call grant\nmanagement services for a term from execution of the Agreement to 12/31/2028, at a sum not to exceed\n$150,000 per fiscal year; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, as well as any\nextensions or amendments provided there is funding available in the budget, and it is within the City\nManager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
