5. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10020 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-27 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL HERITAGE SPRINGS ASSESSMENT\nDISTRICT NO. 2001-1 (HAWKINS STREET AND PALM DRIVE) AND LEVYING SUCH ASSESSMENTS\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 10020 confirming Fiscal Year\n2026-27 Engineer’s Report for the Annual Heritage Springs Assessment District No. 2001-1\n(Hawkins Street and Palm Drive); and\n2.
